Strength Training Tips

DO: - warm up before exercising to avoid injury - exercise at least ____ times a week - exhale during hardest part of the exercise - take short rests between sets - take longer rests between exercises - use slow steady movements to lift weights - hold weighted objects firmly, not tightly.
